Executive Director Sales - France

About The Position

  • Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our existing and potential customers in France
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in France
  • Build and Manage the sales team in the region, including Sales Managers, Sales Engineers and consultants, where and when applicable
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate Argus’s value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Achieve sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas
  • Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads

Requirements

  • Experience as a sales executive to the French automotive market
  • Proven sales executive experience in meeting or exceeding multi million Euro yearly targets
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects and value of products and services
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication 
  • Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams
  • Proven experience in managing a team of Sales Managers and Sales Engineers
  • +10 years of sales experience
