Executive Director Sales - France
About The Position
- Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our existing and potential customers in France
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in France
- Build and Manage the sales team in the region, including Sales Managers, Sales Engineers and consultants, where and when applicable
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate Argus’s value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Achieve sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas
- Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads
Requirements
- Experience as a sales executive to the French automotive market
- Proven sales executive experience in meeting or exceeding multi million Euro yearly targets
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects and value of products and services
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams
- Proven experience in managing a team of Sales Managers and Sales Engineers
- +10 years of sales experience
