Sales Manager - Germany


About The Position

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our customers 
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Understand customer short term and long term business needs and objectives
  • Establish sales objectives and forecast of annual sales quotas for the account 
  • Network with other members of Argus Sales organization to generate new business opportunities
  • Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads
  • Act as a spokesperson for Argus at sales events and conferences.
  • Monitor customer Satisfaction with running projects


  • Previous experience in the automotive domain in a sales position
  • Proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executives and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing
  • Proven ability to understand and articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competition
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills
  • German mother tongue
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire others both externally and internally


  • Cyber security background
  • Past experience with working for a foreign company
