Sales Manager - Germany
About The Position
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our customers
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Understand customer short term and long term business needs and objectives
- Establish sales objectives and forecast of annual sales quotas for the account
- Network with other members of Argus Sales organization to generate new business opportunities
- Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads
- Act as a spokesperson for Argus at sales events and conferences.
- Monitor customer Satisfaction with running projects
Requirements
- Previous experience in the automotive domain in a sales position
- Proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executives and C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing
- Proven ability to understand and articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position products against competition
- Excellent listening and presentation skills
- German mother tongue
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire others both externally and internally
