About The Position

  • E2E recruitment process responsibility from job postings, sourcing, phone interviews to in-depth behavioral interviews
  • Work closely with all managerial levels & hiring agencies
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, and work to constantly improve our candidate experience
  • Be responsible for utilizing a variety of recruiting channels to search for potential candidates
  • Maintain social media and professional networks to interact with potential candidates
  • Support Onboarding & Offboarding processes of employees as part of their org lifecycle


  • At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter in a tech company, hiring technical profiles
  • In-deep interviews skills - advantage
  • Experience with social media channels and professional networks
  • Energetic, highly engaged and proactive
  • Open minded, out of the box thinker, creative with a “can-do” attitude
  • BA in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences or equivalent
  • Excellent English and Hebrew, both verbal and written
