Responsibilities:
- Work closely with customers to understand their system, design and execute the integration plan
- Build complex customer environments
- Analyze and resolve customers’ technical issues (hands on), remotely and on site
- Closely interfacing with Argus R&D team
- Perform demos and workshops with customers
- Prepare technical documentation and training for customers
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a customer focused position involving technical knowledge of a company' s products and services
- Demonstrated ability to support & maintain scalable systems in production environment
- Knowledge of OS environments
- Experience scripting in Python and bash
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- A quick learner, ready to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Availability to work on weekends if needed
- Fluent English – mandatory
Advantages
- Deep understanding of Linux (Embedded) Internals and OS concepts
- Experience building portable software to run on various embedded systems
- Experience programming in C/C++
- Experience with Build systems (YOCTO,BUILDROOT)
- Experience with virtualization technologies, e.g., QEMU
- A process improvement mindset
- Experience in networking, network protocols, e.g. TCP/IP, switches, and performance concepts
- Familiarity with cyber security solutions
- Worked for Tier 1 Automotive company
- Microcontrollers knowledge- preferably including flashing, debugging and assembling
